Sarah Montoya

Sarah Montoya grew up locally in the Corrales, Rio Rancho and Albuquerque area. She taught and directed at the family owned daycare business for the last 10 years and grew a passion for all people in our community who are struggling and on their own journey of healing, recovery and spiritual growth. She also has four children of her own. 

  “Bliss brought to me a wonderful community who has helped to give me tools for growth and healing through yoga.” Sarah completed Blissful Spirits’ 200 hr. RYT training in the summer of 2023 and has practiced as a student for the last 3 years. Sarah also has a 100 hour certification in Holy Yoga and has a passion for Jesus. “I love teaching at the Rio Rancho studio! I want to give back and serve my community, bringing true hope, encouragement and inspiration to all that I am around.”
