A yogi and spiritual nomad, Michaela fell in love with bodywork when she moved to Albuquerque to begin her studies at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics. There she learned the motto that she uses as the base of all her work: “The Deepest Healing Begins When We Learn to Relax.” The majority of Michaela’s work focuses on the body, mind, and spirit connection. She prefers to integrate physical tissue manipulation (Swedish/Deep Tissue) with energetic treatments (Polarity Therapy, Chinese Acupressure Points, CranioSacral, and Magical Awakening). Addressing all the needs of the body from the gross (physical) to the subtle (energetic) levels.
