Class Offerings

Blissful Spirits offers something for everyone! With over 60 classes a week at our Albuquerque and Rio Rancho locations, we invite you to join us for a practice today! 


Vinyasa is a yoga method designed to link movement with breath to unite the body and the mind. Each instructor will guide the practice with postures that are uniquely sequenced together for a well-rounded strengthening practice. Many instructors will incorporate optional level 2/3 postures for students who are looking for that challenge.


This is a level one/two Hot Yoga class taught in 105 degrees, and ideally 40% Humidity. This is taught mostly in a flow style format, focusing on incorporating the breath, while keeping our HOT yoga classes beginner friendly.


Hot Holy Yoga A slow flow class to contemporary christian music. Bringing the perfect blend of prayer, mediation, and movement. Committed to an authentic community in a physical worship of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. All levels and all beliefs welcome.

Sacred music is a class designed to take the student through an authentic yoga experience bringing together mind body and spirit. Each sacred music instructor has put together a compilation of music aimed at raising the students’ vibrations allowing them to access the benefits of their practice even further. Each practice is concluded with a long savasana accompanied by a guided verbal meditation. This practice is the perfect way to finish your day and prepare for the week ahead.


Hot Pilates - this class is a uniquely fun, high-energy experience that will leave you sweating and smiling! Kelly Carpenter has taken the unique core control Pilates system to new levels by blending interval training and traditional fitness with contemporary Pilates. This intense core focused workout will awaken your body and lift your spirits! Kellys unique way of training to all fitness levels makes this class accessible to everyone. The empowering exercise combined with the fun filled atmosphere that Kelly creates will make your hour fly by and leave you wanting more!


PIlates Soul - this is a motivating, invigorating, uplifting class aimed to challenge not only your body but your mind and soul. Aimed to tap into your "inner warrior" Angela Hanchett pilates class will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to take on more than just the challenges on your mat.


A level 1/2 Hot Yoga class taught in 105 degrees, and 40% Humidity. This is taught mostly in a flow style format, focusing on incorporating the breathe, while keeping our HOT yoga classes beginner friendly. This class is practiced in a black lit room environment.


A Yoga Fitness Class that incorporates hand weights, yoga blocks and interval training for a challenging class that builds cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance. A challenging class, with options for both modifications and amplifications, allowing students to find a pace that is appropriate for their own individual fitness level. This class is open to all levels from beginners to advanced. Optional props include: up to four hand weights and two blocks per student. Offered in a hot and warm setting. 


Warm Yoga offers a slower breakdown of the postures. This class emphasizes  breath-work, posture, alignment, and meditative awareness.It is a class that welcomes a gentle approach to anyone's yoga practice. Beginners and advanced students are welcomed.


A warm gentle beautifully balanced class, with 30 minutes of Yin stretching followed by 30 minutes of a gentle standing series. Perfect for beginners, and wonderful for all levels, to slow down and create perfect balance.


Yin Yoga is perfect for students seeking to increase their flexibility or for those healing from an injury. This class is Suitable for all levels and all ages of students and is a perfect complement to the more dynamic Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates classes. Yin consists of all floor Postures which are held for 3-5 minutes, props are provided to help maintain the posture for long periods. The warmth makes it easier for you to settle into these long holds allowing the muscles to relax so we can gently rehabilitate and stretch the connective tissue around the joints
