Makenna Davis

Makenna started coming to Pilates with Kelly 14 years ago, after her treatment and one hip replacement she came back to Kelly where she helped her gain mobility and strength moved to Vinyasa and moved her way to Melanie’s yin. Through Vinyasa and Pilates Makenna gained strength and her Yin practice gave her body back to her. She learned to love and work with her body instead of against it. Makenna wanted to share that which as many people as possible through her teaching.
