Meet Kristin LeBlanc!


With a background in bodywork and the healing arts, Kristen brings a compassionate and holistic approach to her yoga classes. She guides her students to embrace the present moment through breathwork and music, while encouraging them to explore unique movements that challenge and energize the body.

Kristen also incorporates techniques like shaking, vocalization, and laughter to help release stagnant energy. Her classes invite students to tune into their sensations, cultivate self-compassion, and deepen their inner wisdom.
