Meet Javier Benavidez. Javier completed Blissful Spirits’ 200hr RYT training in the summer of 2023 and has been at the practice as a student for five years. Yoga and his teachers’ focus on breath work/mindfulness have been a saving grace in Javi’s life. He lost his twin brother Mario to addiction/suicide in 2014 and has been on a journey of resilience since.

Javi has four kiddos: Mario (16), EJ (11), Felix(8), and Eva (6), and the practice has been a force in bringing balance, focus, and centeredness to his role as a Father. Javi is deeply grateful for the community of light workers that Bliss brings forth and hopes to contribute his part to the healing portal that Bliss had been in his life.
