Estrella is a dancer of 28 years and has been teaching for 16. Her focus is on the forms of Flamenco, ballet, modern, tap, jazz, and Latin dancing. 

Currently, she is a member of Flamenco company,  EmiArteFlamenco in Santa Fe; and Bachata company, RNA Dance. She started learning yoga at the University of New Mexico in 2010. In 2021, she became certified in Reiki Level 1 and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Blissful Spirits. In May of 2022, Estrella completed her Buti yoga certification. 

She is excited to incorporate her love of movement in her yoga classes at Blissful and is looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
