Donna Marlow
A lifelong lover of sports and physical activity, Donna found her way to yoga in 2008. Leaving the class feeling so alive, she knew she had found something special. Continuing to practice yoga as often as she could, while also pursuing a professional fundraising career, she quickly found herself burnt-out, unfulfilled professionally, and very unhappy. Knowing she was at a crossroads and needing to make a drastic change for herself, she made the decision in 2013, to stop living her life for other people and start living a life she loved. Taking a leap of faith, in 2014, she quit her job and left for Las Vegas, NV to attend an intensive yoga teacher training. After receiving her 200-hour RYT certification, she returned home and began teaching in Albuquerque. “I knew in my heart that I had finally found my path,” explained Donna. Donna brings her high-energy and fun-loving spirit to all her classes. She loves her ability to share her passion with students of all ages and levels. She especially loves challenging them to go beyond what they think they are physically capable of, ride their edge, and get out of their comfort zone.
When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga at the studio, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and dogs, reading, and listening to music.
