Chris Silva

Chris Silva discovered yoga at an early age and has since dedicated his life to the practice. What began as an intense focus and study on the vigorous physical benefits/aspects of yoga has evolved into a profound path to healing his past trauma and anxieties. Now, after years of consistency, he believes that yoga is a wonderfully personal adventure that is used as a tool not only for physical transformation but mental and spiritual as well.

 

Chris has had the honor and privilege of training at Blissful Spirits under the guidance of Melanie and Denise, who continue to inspire him to reach for greatness in his teaching career. He hopes to bring a fun, challenging, and knowledgeable energy to all of his classes. Let’s Sweat!
