Braden began his practice after graduating from New Mexico State University in 2019, with a BSc in Plant & Environmental Sciences. Having been introduced to meditation and breathing techniques by family, he looked to the mat to restore injuries he obtained from many years of sports and weightlifting. Upon finding physical and mental relief in a consistent yoga practice, he soon hoped to share his passion for the asanas with his community.
Braden recently completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training at Blissful Spirits and enjoys teaching a breath-centered hot yoga style flow. He wishes to inspire his students in a way that his teachers have inspired him, with the intention to help yogis express themselves and find their reason to practice.
