Savannah Brandenburg
Instructor
RYT-200
Savannah began practicing hot yoga in 2012 while attending law school. After returning to New Mexico, searching for something that would quiet her mind and help her find balance amid the demands of work and life. She found her home at Blissful Spirits.
In 2020, Savannah became a certified yoga instructor, inspired by the profound connection between body and mind. She found her practice to be mediation in movement. She believes that the greatest gift of yoga is the journey inward—exhausting your body so your mind can finally find quietness.
In every class, Savannah strives to create the same space that yoga has always been for her: a place to recharge, let go of the outside world, and most importantly reconnecting with yourself. Whether you’re coming to build strength, find peace, or simply take a breath, she hopes you’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more grounded than when you arrived.
Off the mat, Savannah is a Special Victims prosecutor, where she fights for the most vulnerable members of our community and seeks justice for survivors. When she’s not in the courtroom or on her mat, Savannah enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her German Shepherd. Her favorite place in the world is a sunny beach, where she finds the same sense of peace and bliss that first drew her to hot yoga.
