Instructor
RYT-200
Felicia Fastnacht has been practicing yoga since 2016 at Blissful Spirits, where her passion for mindful movement, breath work, and holistic wellness began. She completed the Blissful Spirits 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Felicia has been teaching yoga for six years, including two of those years professionally. She has also continued to deepen her practice through workshops, including a Jimmy Barkan workshop held at Blissful Spirits.
Felicia believes yoga is more than physical movement—it is a practice of creating connection between the body, breath, and mind. Whether practicing Vinyasa, Yin, or a combination of both, she encourages students to use the breath as an anchor, creating space to slow down, heal, reflect, release, and simply be present.
Her classes incorporate Yin and Yang practices, bringing together the restorative benefits of stillness with the energizing qualities of movement. She often begins class with essential oils, breathwork, and slow, intentional movement, allowing students to settle into their bodies and become fully present. As class progresses, students are guided into a flowing yoga practice designed to build heat, strength, mobility, and awareness.
Felicia’s intention as a teacher is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where students can listen to their bodies, honor where they are in each moment, and discover the many ways yoga can support their overall well-being. Her classes invite students to find balance—not only on the mat, but within themselves.
