Sara Garcia

Sara has been practicing yoga for 10 years and recently completed her 200 YTT at Blissful Spirits the summer of 2024. The practice of yoga came into her life when great change and transformation needed to take place.

 

As a student Sara found that movement was only a small aspect of
what yoga could bring to her life. She learned to breathe and the importance of becoming aware of her thoughts and actions. Yoga provided her a safe space to work through anxiety, fear and to find self 
acceptance. "The many instructors at Blissful Spirits have been a huge part of my journey to healing and growth while gaining personal strength."

Sara leans into the more power -based yoga styles like Vinyasa and Sculpt. Her hope is to provide students with a sense of peace in a fun environment to practice yoga. "I hope that my students can find the many blessings from practicing yoga as I have."
