
Jessica Carreon
Jessica has had a lifelong love of sports and movement—and although she didn’t always call herself a yogi, the path was always there. She was first introduced to yoga in 2010 while in college, but it wasn’t until 2024 that the practice truly clicked. What started as a casual return to the mat quickly became something more meaningful, as the breath, movement, and mindfulness came together in a way that felt both powerful and grounding. In 2025 she enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training through Blissful Spirits to deepen her practice and share it with others.
Jessica’s classes are fun, energetic, and intentionally challenging. She creates an environment where students feel supported while also encouraged to step outside their comfort zones and push themselves to their edge. She believes in practicing alongside her students and brings authenticity, humor, and heart to every class.
Jessica is passionate about helping students build strength, confidence, and connection—both on and off the mat. Hoping students leave her class feeling a little better than when they came in to it.
