After going to her first Bikhram class at 16, Hannah recognized something special happens when you focus on your breath. Yoga has been a form of therapy and meditation for Hannah ever since that first class. Hannah knew that she wanted to help people achieve this magical feeling of bliss that comes after a mindful yoga class. In 2013 she decided to get her 200 hr Certification in Hatha Yoga in Sedona Arizona and has been teaching ever since. She has since been certified to teach many forms of yoga as well as Pilates.
