Attention Groupon Participants:
- There is no need to call for an appointment.
- Please pick your class and arrive 15 minutes early.
- All 5:30pm and Thursday's 6:00pm classes are Very Full! Please come early or choose another class.
- You are not limited to Pilates or Hot Yoga classes. Please choose any class from the schedule.
- Beginners should choose a Warm Gentle Class for their first class or two.
- Vinyasa is a level II class and Advanced Vinyasa is with permission only.
- Daytime Vouchers include the 4 pm class
