I started practicing yoga in 2012, when I was looking for an addition to my regular workout routine. I started with Bikram Yoga, and I immediately fell in love with yoga and the benefits I felt in my mind and body. However, I wanted more. I started taking different yoga classes in the city, and I found Blissful Spirits and I fell in love with the studio, the classes, and the instructors. I found myself craving yoga, especially vinyasa classes. I immediately knew that style of yoga was for me, and it was exactly what I was looking for.
In 2015, I completed a level two teacher training at Blissful Spirits, where I learned how to incorporate inversions into my practice. And in 2017, I completed a 200 hour teacher training at Blissful Spirits, where I became certified in Hot Yoga and Yin Yoga.
I truly believe that yoga is healing and it allows us to recognize where we are limiting ourselves in our habits and beliefs, and it ultimately helps us find true freedom and happiness.
